      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Цель. Определить количественные характеристики пространственной изменчивости концентрации тяжелых металлов во взвешенном веществе и оценить взаимосвязь этой изменчивости с гидрологическими и гидрохимическими параметрами вод северной части Черного моря – цель настоящей работы.</p>
        <p>Методы и результаты. Используются данные о величинах объемной и массовой концентрации тяжелых металлов (Pb, Zn, Ni, Fe, Cr, V, Co) во взвешенном веществе в водах Черного моря, полученные в ходе 133-го рейса НИС «Профессор Водяницкий». Отобрано и обработано 44 пробы воды с 33 станций. Данные о содержании металлов были получены методом рентгенофлуоресцентного анализа.</p>
        <p>Выводы. Значения объемной и массовой концентрации анализируемых металлов во взвешенном веществе изменялись по пространству в пределах двух порядков. Повышенные значения объемной концентрации тяжелых металлов отмечались в северо-восточной части исследуемого района, пониженные были характерны для юго-западной части. Пространственная изменчивость массовой концентрации тяжелых металлов имела более сложный характер. Повышенные значения Pb, Zn, Ni отмечались в глубоководной части моря, пониженные – в прибрежной. Повышенные значения Fe и V были характерны для участка шельфа от м. Меганом до м. Чауда, пониженные – для глубоководной части. Повышенные и пониженные концентрации Cr и Co наблюдались как на шельфе, так и в глубоководной части исследуемой акватории. В глубоководной части моря массовая и объемная концентрация металлов с глубиной как увеличивалась, так и уменьшалась. В верхней части термоклина отмечался рост объемной (Pb, Ni, Fe, Cr, V, Co) и массовой (Fe, Cr, V, Co) концентрации большинства тяжелых металлов в 1,1–47,1 раза. Рост в 1,1–137 раз объемной (Zn, Fe, Cr, V, Co) и массовой (Zn, Fe, V, Co) концентрации большинства тяжелых металлов отмечен и на шельфе в придонном слое. С использованием метода главных компонент показано, что пространственная изменчивость объемной и массовой концентрации Fe, V, Co, Cr связана с влиянием литогенного фактора (абразия берега, проникновение азовоморских вод, атмосферный перенос), изменчивость Zn и Ni обусловлена влиянием биогенного фактора (продукция фитопланктона, адсорбция на органическом веществе), изменчивость Pb – влиянием гидродинамического фактора (изменчивость глубины перемешивания).</p>

        <p>Purpose. The purpose of the study is to obtain quantitative characteristics of the spatial variability of heavy metal concentrations in suspended matter, as well as to assess the relationship between this variability and the hydrological and hydrochemical characteristics of the northern Black Sea waters.</p>
        <p>Methods and Results. Data on the volume and mass concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Zn, Ni, Fe, Cr, V, Co) in the Black Sea suspended matter obtained during the 133rd cruise of R/V "Professor Vodyanitsky" were used. The required information was derived through processing of 44 water samples taken at 33 stations. The data on metal content were obtained using the X-ray fluorescence analysis.</p>
        <p>Conclusions. The volume and mass concentrations of the analyzed metals in suspended matter varied spatially within two orders of magnitude. The increased volume concentrations of heavy metals were observed in the northeastern part of the study area, whereas the decreased values were typical of its southwestern part. The spatial variability in mass concentrations of heavy metals was of more complex character. The increased values of Pb, Zn, and Ni were noted in the deep part of the sea, while the lower ones – in the coastal area. The raised values of Fe and V were typical of the shelf section from Cape Meganom to Cape Chauda, and the lower ones – of the deep-sea part. The increased and decreased concentrations of Cr and Co were observed both on the shelf and in the deep-sea part of the study area. In the deep part of the sea, the mass and volume concentrations of metals both grew and declined with depth. In the thermocline upper part, the volume (Pb, Ni, Fe, Cr, V, Co) and mass (Fe, Cr, V, Co) concentrations of most heavy metals rose by 1.1–47.1 times. On the shelf in the near-bottom layer, the volume (Zn, Fe, Cr, V, Co) and mass (Zn, Fe, V, Co) concentrations of most heavy metals also grew by 1.1–137 times. Having been applied, the method of principal components has shown that the spatial variability of volume and mass concentrations of Fe, V, Co, Cr is related to the impact of lithogenic factor (coastal abrasion, inflow of the Azov Sea waters and atmospheric transport), the variability of Zn and Ni is conditioned by the influence of biogenic factor (phytoplankton production, adsorption on organic matter), and the Pb variability – by the hydrodynamic factor (mixing depth variability).</p>
